The Warning

This Bootcamp is not for everyone. By committing to the program you are confirming that you want to seriously change your life for the better. You will be pushed hard, regularly, in all weather conditions and be expected to give your nutrition plan your 100% effort for the full 7 weeks. You will cut out alcohol, fast foods and unhealthy snacks and ensure you turn up to every session on time and ready to give it your all. In return you can expect to easily drop at least one dress size and serious amounts of fat as well as toning up all your existing muscles and having more energy than you ever thought possible.

Excuses???

Ok, I’ve been doing this job for a while and I’ve got an amazing group of clients who are all getting great results. Some of them do come up with some fantastic excuses sometimes though. A bit part of what I’m trying to do is eliminate all of them for you. Here are a few excuses and questions you might have:

 

Q. How do I pay / What happens when I pay?
A. You will be directed to PayPal where you can pay using your credit or debit card. I will contact you via email and we'll discuss any questions you have.  The week before the camp starts you will be invited in to meet me, Sophie or James and we'll get you measured up etc... Once we’ve done all that, you can go out and try and rope some of your friends into it too.

 

Q. There isn't a lot of information about the content of the camp on here, when can I find out more?
A. I have intentionally left the program off the website. All you need to know is that you will lose serious weight and inches if you work hard. All further details will be confirmed in your welcome pack once you sign up.

 

Q. I don’t have time to train as I work all day and I’m knackered when I get home.
A. Great, the class starts at 6.15 and you’ll be home for 7 with more energy and feeling great.

 

Q. I’ve got a holiday booked half way through, what should I do about that.
A. That’s a bit unlucky, you’ll have to miss a couple of sessions, and it’s not the end of the world, just get stuck in and work really hard when you are there.

 

Q. I don’t want to work out in front of other people.
A. Trust me; lots of people hate working out in front of others. When you are on my camp though, everyone else will be too busy working hard to pay much attention to what you are doing.


Q. £210 is quite expensive though isn’t it?
A. Well it depends on your opinion. It works out at £30 a week which is a couple of decent bottles of wine and a good Chinese. Or a meal in a restaurant.
If you were paying my normal Personal Training 121 prices you could expect to pay £420 so by that reckoning its half the normal price. To get this number of sessions off a personal trainer in the gym you will pay between £630 and £945.
So no… it’s quite cheap actually. And you’ll get to make some new friends too.

 

Q. I can’t give up booze for 7 weeks…
A. Why not, lots of people drink water when they go for nights out. It’s not even a long term sacrifice, it’s a 7 weeks program, are you really that weak willed?

 

Q. I’m a big softie, it’ll be too hard for me.
A. Don’t be soft; in order to achieve great things, then you need to push yourself. There will never be anything that you can’t do as I will always be there monitoring you and making sure you are involved and getting the most out of the class.

 

Q. I’ve not done any training for years, will this not be too much too soon?
A.  Nope.  We start of slowly and you work to your own ability.  I am running a Saturday Bootcamp and lots of other classes during the week so you can start to get your mind and body prepared for the camp. You do not need to attend these but it couldn’t hurt. You can come along to these conditioning classes when you sign up the EXTREME CAMP.

 

Q. Can i change my mind once i've signed up.
A. This question always causes debates. Some trainers offer 100% money back guarantees... I don't. I have always adhered to a strict no refund policy. I am confident that my program will work for you if you stick to it. Exercise requires commitment and an upfront payment can help you maintain this commitment. I will provide a full refund if you can provide me with a medical certificate stating you are unable to take part in the training for medical reasons but otherwise you better show up!

I’m still not sure


Ok, I’m going to be honest, if you’re still reading now then you clearly want to take part and there is something holding you back. Is it fear? Give me a call and I will get you the names and numbers of some of my clients and you can speak to them to put your fears to bed.
If it’s something else, then reflect on it and come back when you are ready to commit.
I don’t feel this package needs the hard sell… It will get massive results in record times with minimal disruption to you normal routine… What more can you ask for.
