As i'm out and about, and often whilst surfing the internet, I come across people who seem unsure of the best ways to lose weight and the best foods to eat.  I also meet a lot of people who lack direction and motivation and are struggling through life when really they should be bouncing through it.

 

There are alot of different products and ideas out there and choosing the right solution can be very daunting.

 

As someone who genuinly cares about your health and well being, i've decided to offer out some of my time free of charge to you to come and ask me fitness and exercise related questions and talk about some of the things you can be doing to make your life better.

 

In July 2009 I was a married father of 2 with a house, 2 cars and a career at Barclays as a website developer.  By December 09 i'd separated, had access to my son on weekends, had my house repossessed, crashed my car and been made redundant and was spending my job seekers allowance on nothing but vodka and crisps.  I was also under the doctors advice and on antidepressants for stress.

 

By May 2010 I had qualified as a Personal Trainer and started the business you see before you.

 

I'll tell you about some of the steps i've taken to become fitter an also how I grew my business from nothing to what it is today and maybe put you in touch with some people who can help you do the same.

 

I wont bombard you with my products and I wont try and rope you into one of my packages.  I'm not saying that if i have a product that meets your needs that i wont suggest it but the aim of the session is to send you away with a warm fuzzy feeling and inspired and ready to change your life for the better.

 

Change is scary and sometimes all it takes is someone to hold your hand and guide you through the options.  Let me help you. 

 

All we'll do, is sit down with a brew for half an hour (or longer if theres time) and discuss whatever you want to discuss.

 

Theres no charge either.
